The skin is the largest organ the body possesses and should be treated so as.Your skin is a living picture of you, it can tell if you are healthy, stressful or even in love. The outer layer of the skin is made up of dead skin cells which do not obsorb water. However, drinking 8 glasses of water daily is beneficial to hydrate your body and skin. Your skin will become supple  and soft over time with proper exfoliating to rid dead skin and moisturize.

Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin with a gentle abrasive. There are several types of abrasive exfoliation for instance, sea salt scrub and skin brushing. A sea salt scrub or otherwise call a ‘skin glow’ this is a mixture of salt and oil with added fragrance of lemon, rosemary or lavender adeded. This is then rub into the skin to slog away dead cells. the skin is then rinsed in clean fresh water and moisturize.

 Chemical exfoliation is the removal of the oldest of the dead skin cells that clings to the skin’s outer most layer. Chemical exfoliation also known as chemical peel  involves using a acid peel, fruit enzyme, malic acid or salicylic acid to remove the the dead cells from the skin.
